Ray has been a licensed Realtor for over 17 years. Originally from England came to the US and has a diverse background with over 17 years as a Contractor. Ray's experience is from start to finish within the Real Estate industry buying, remodeling, building custom homes both in California and Arizona, redoing Flip homes and sales. He has been both an Inspection for Building and Construction. Proven skills include providing outstanding results for a range of clients from First Time Buyers to Multi Family Investors negotiating contracts and customer service.

Ray and his family have resided in the area since 1978. Ray is currently a member of the Westlake Village Yacht Club. Ray attributes his years of success with his vast knowledge & experience within the industry
