Curtis North

Curtis North is a principal of Century 21 Novus Realty, where he serves as the Georgia and Alabama qualifying broker. He specializes in the sale of commercial and investment properties, farms, and land, bringing decades of experience and deep market knowledge to every transaction. In addition to providing leadership within the sales department, Curtis plays a vital role in the continued growth and success of Novus Realty’s thriving property management division. Curtis holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia and began his real estate career in March 1995. With many years of experience as a managing broker, he has built a reputation for professionalism, integrity, and consistent results. His accomplishments have been recognized by the West Metro Board of Realtors, where he has been named a Top Producer annually since 1997. A native of Carrollton, Georgia, Curtis continues to call the community home, where he lives with his wife, Heather Duffey North, and enjoys spending time with his three daughters and grandchild. Outside of real estate, he is an avid outdoorsman who values time spent with family and friends. Beyond Georgia, he has traveled extensively for hunting and fishing, with trips to Kentucky, Alabama, Louisiana, Texas, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Iowa, South Dakota, and Alaska. He firmly believes that time spent outdoors cleanses the soul and helps make a person better.
