Sandy Blankinship is a seasoned Realtor Associate and Marketing Specialist with over 18 years of full-time experience at Century 21 Global Realtors. Certified in relocation and probate real estate, she has a unique talent for guiding clients through complex and emotionally challenging transitions—whether assisting families across the U.S. with cross-country moves or helping loved ones navigate property sales after loss. Sandy’s expertise spans residential, second homes, investment properties, farms, ranches, and recreational properties and assisting First Time Buyers throughout Oklahoma. Her deep knowledge of the market, combined with her Advertising background and degree from Oklahoma State University, allows her to position properties strategically and advocate effectively for her clients. She’s been repeatedly recognized by Century 21 for her quality service—an award earned through her patience, compassion, and consistent follow-through. Raised on a wheat farm and cattle ranch in Northwest Oklahoma, Sandy brings a strong work ethic and deep respect for service—especially toward U.S. military families. She currently serves as the Education Director for the Stillwater Board of Realtors, Treasurer at her Methodist church, and a dedicated volunteer with youth and community organizations like Harvest II, 4-H, and FFA youth groups.
