Andrew Welk

Andy is a dedicated REALTOR® with a distinctive background in emergency services. Before his real estate career, he served as a paramedic and flight medic, and he currently works as a firefighter and paramedic in Montgomery County, Maryland. This experience in high-pressure environments has instilled in him a strong service-oriented mindset, making him an invaluable resource for clients navigating the stressful process of buying or selling a home.


Andy creates a calm and supportive atmosphere, ensuring his clients feel confident and informed throughout their transactions. Outside of real estate, he values family time with his wife, Rachel, and their three energetic kids, participating in sporting events and community activities. He also mentors young men through the College Age Connect program at Lives Changed by Christ Church (LCBC) and contributes to the community as a member of the Government Affairs Committee for the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® (LCAR).
