Susan Quinn

Susan Quinn worked for twenty-two years as a C.P.A. in industries that involved commercial and mortgage loans along with leases and property management. From those life experiences, it was a natural transition for her to pursue a career in residential real estate. She has worked diligently for over a decade to enhance her skills and knowledge of home buying and selling.
She is a native Houstonian and has lived in various locations throughout the west and northwest quadrants of the city and its many suburbs. She currently lives in Cypress, TX and has had two children graduate through the Cy-Fair Independent School District. Although many of her home transactions occur in Cypress, she has knowledge of various areas surrounding Houston including Tomball, Spring, Klein, The Woodlands, Katy, Richmond and Sugar Land.
Susan believes you can sum up the relationship between an Agent and their Client in one basic word... TRUST. If you trust who you are working with and they have the knowledge to assist you in buying or selling a home, then you have a relationship that will be mutually beneficial. COMMUNICATION would be her second key word. Buying or selling a home is a busy and emotional process that most people only go through a handful of times, and she believes Clients deserve an Agent that communicates quickly and effectively.
