As the Sales Manager for Century 21 Scheetz in Columbus, Indiana, I'm committed to building an office where real estate professionals can build businesses they're proud of. I believe leadership isn't about having all the answers. It's about being present, leading by example, investing in people, and helping others discover what's possible.

The culture we're building is rooted in collaboration, trust, continuous learning, and the belief that when people are genuinely supported, everyone succeeds. My role isn't simply to manage an office, it's to create an environment where agents feel challenged, encouraged, and equipped to become the very best version of themselves.

While my primary focus is leading our office and supporting our agents, I continue to serve buyers and sellers throughout South Central Indiana because staying connected to the business allows me to lead with current experience and practical perspective.

Whether I'm mentoring a new agent through their first transaction, helping an experienced professional take the next step in their career, or guiding a client through one of life's biggest decisions, my approach remains the same: build trust first, communicate honestly, and always put people before the process.

At the end of the day, I love helping people move confidently into their next chapter. Sometimes that means finding the perfect home. Sometimes it means building a thriving real estate business. Either way, it's a privilege to walk alongside them.
