Karah Chancey

My name is Karah Chancey and I am a graduate of Marshall University with a degree in Business Management and option in Accounting. I have a 15 year background in banking. My real estate investing career began in 2006 with long-term rentals. My husband and I began investing in short-term rentals in East Tennessee in 2014 and moved to the area in 2017 to be more hands on with our vacation rental business. The move to the sales side of real estate seemed natural given my experience in investing and living in the East Tennessee area. I represent both buyers and sellers passionately and ethically. I enjoy the satisfaction I receive when I assist my clients finding the perfect home or investment property they are seeking.
