I have been licensed in Real Estate for over 20 years. Currently, I am a Broker and Real Estate Advisor with Century 21 Landmark Realty. I’m a REALTOR®\357\270\217, with the Century 21 FH&E (Fine Homes and Estates) designation, and  the PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor) designation through the National Association of Realtors.  In addition to Residential Real Estate, I have experience with equestrian properties, Farms, and unimproved land. I have helped many families liquidate properties in probate, which can be very complex and difficult transactions without the right agent. I have  extensive experience in multi-family and single-family property management. Having lived in Middle Tennessee my entire life, I have vast knowledge of Nashville’s and the surrounding area markets.
