Andrew Welk

Andy is a dedicated REALTOR® whose background in emergency services has shaped the way he serves his clients. Before entering real estate, Andy worked as both a paramedic and flight medic, and he currently serves as a firefighter and paramedic in Montgomery County, Maryland. Years spent making critical decisions in high-pressure situations have instilled in him a calm, focused, and service-driven approach—qualities that are invaluable when guiding clients through the complexities of buying or selling a home.

 

Andy is known for creating a steady, supportive environment where clients feel informed, confident, and well cared for throughout every step of the transaction. His ability to remain composed under pressure and advocate for those he serves translates seamlessly into the real estate experience.

 

Outside of real estate, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife, Rachel, and their three energetic children, often attending sporting events and Millersville Bible Church.  He participates in numerous community activities and serves as School Director for the Lampeter Strasburg school district and as School Director on the Joint Operating Committee at the Lancaster County Career and Technology Center. Andy serves his industry through the Government Affairs Committee at the Lancaster County Association of REALTORS® as well as sitting on the Board of Directors at the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors®.
